This is a 2,200 sq ft home. 1,200 sq ft is typically available to book. Extra rooms will have an additional fee depending on your needs. Otherwise, all the following in included in the 1,200 sq ft: Complete with free off-street parking, large open floor plan, spacious living room, big TV, surround sound perfect for Pandora, WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, open kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, full bath, screened-in back porch, covered patio, corner lot, double gates in the back for additional access. Please no kid's parties or loudness, thank you. 😊

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
