We have hosted brand launch parties, small weddings, fund raisers, and other gatherings. Typically, our clients have hired outside caterers, ordered delivery, while others have grilled.
Outdoor Dining Area: Our charming outdoor dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, making it perfect for intimate gatherings under the stars. Lounge Areas: In addition to the dining table, we offer cozy seating areas with coffee tables, providing additional space for guests to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Bar and Standing Room: Our stylish bar area and outdoor spaces offers ample standing room and plenty of nooks for mingling, ensuring your guests have a fantastic time while savoring drinks and good conversation. Event Flexibility: For special occasions like small wedding parties, we offer the option to rent additional tables and chairs from a vendor of your choice, customizing the space to suit your celebration needs.

J was a fantastic host who communicated well and helped with everything before, during, and after the event. He takes such care of the space and ensure you will have a great event. We recently celebrated my son's 2nd birthday at the beautiful and truly unique "Tugboat Resort." With around 25 guests, many of whom traveled from out of town, we aimed to create a memorable experience, and I can’t express enough how amazing our time was! The property and backyard space are absolutely breathtaking—honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. Our guests were blown away by the beauty and charm of the place, and we all had an unforgettable time celebrating there. The location is fantastic, and we were fortunate to enjoy a spectacular fireworks display over the lake right from the front of the house, adding an extra special touch to the occasion. J, our host, was simply fantastic. His communication was seamless, and he was always available to answer our questions and assist with any last-minute needs. He provided everything we needed to prepare for the event and even allowed us to tour the property beforehand, which helped us feel more at ease and visualize the space and setup. With his background in hospitality, J truly knows how to anticipate guests' needs, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We would absolutely love to host another event at this beautiful venue and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect space. Five stars all around!
