- Firearms and candles are strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. - No smoking is allowed indoors. - Confetti is not allowed outdoors and will incur additional cleaning charges. - Move all furniture and equipment carefully to avoid floor damage. The venue and all fixtures/furniture must be returned to their original condition. - All items brought to the venue by the renter must be removed by the renter. - A licensed bartender is required if alcohol is being served. - Events with more than 100 guests or where alcohol is served will require security for at least 4 hours. - If the venue is not in the same condition after the rental period, the renter agrees to pay cleaning fees or charges for damages, if applicable. - The renter agrees to cover any charges for damaged items, walls, or extra time utilized. - Refrain from using nails, screws, staples, or other penetrating items on our walls. Any tape or similar materials must be properly removed. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc., will incur repair charges. - A ramp is available for transporting equipment into the space. To protect the floor, please ensure that equipment is moved using rollers. - Guests must strictly adhere to the time limit specified during booking of the venue and hourly rates will apply to additional hours extended beyond this time. - A $500 security deposit is required for all bookings and must be paid before your event. If the venue agreement is upheld, the deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days after your event.
