Restrooms Please DO NOT throw anything except toilet paper in the toilet, since the plumbing is very sensitive. Gather used towels Please take all used towels and put them on the bed Trash LEAVE ALL trash in BINS INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you need to dispose trash, let us know. PLEASE DO NOT USE neighbour's trash cans. Turn things off Turn off all the lights and turn off the thermostat. Return keys Please return the physical key back in the Golden Bowl. Make sure all the doors are locked. Additional requests Please wash all the dishes after you. In case you are not able to clean them, please make sure all the food waste is put in the compost bin and they are washed with water. Turn off all lights and the thermostat.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
