CREW & LOGISTICS: Dual Entrance: Features a front property entrance and a highly convenient back alley entrance, allowing smooth, separate crew load-in/load-out without disrupting the neighborhood. PARKING: Ample and hassle-free street parking is available for production vehicles, trucks, and talent. DECK PROTECTION: Floor protection (rubber mats or tennis balls on c-stands/light stands) is required on the wooden deck to prevent scratching during equipment setup.
