About the Space
This beautiful ranchette has over 4,000 sq ft available for use. It is conveniently located off State Route 99. The possibilities for your festivities are endless as it has large grass area, a large paved area (dance floor), bar, large pool, and large pavilion. It can accommodate parties of up to 200 people. There is no kitchen in site, therefore all food must be catered in.

Cleaning is done after each event. Professional cleaners are hired. This space is outdoor, which allows for distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
