You can rent out the Event space and then add on sleeping rooms as needed. This space will comfortably hold 40-50 ppl and for overnight guests, we can accommodate 44 people. We have had: reunions, meetings and gatherings, small wedding receptions, birthday parties, graduation events, and more. You’ll walk into a large dining room with five round tables that can hold 8-9 people. There is space in the large kitchen just behind the dining room for another table and chairs. These two rooms feel very connected, but can also be separated by a set of curtains that pull shut. This helps with catering prep and to keep the room feeling cozy. In the kitchen, you’ll find just about anything you need to serve a large gathering but you may want to check with us if you have specific needs. We do suggest bringing in your disposable plates and flatware. Down the halls, to the left, you’ll find a large living room with two smart TVs and plenty of sofas for at least 15-20 people to sit on. There’s a foosball table in that room as well as another 4-person table and chairs where people like to play board games or cards. Please note that the 6 sleeping rooms are not included in the event space pricing. Included are the Large dining, kitchen living and bathrooms.

We have a cleaning closet with all supplies you will need to help us keep the place clean. We will also clean and disinfect surfaces between each guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
