About the Space
History of the space This is a recently completed new construction with all of the details that will make your content pop. High ceilings, with great light, and beautiful details. Logistics The house is a 3 bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms. Each area beautifully designed. The Kitchen, Living Room, Dining area, Garage Studio, and 1/2 Bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs has multiple additional filming spaces with a Loft, 3 Bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. All is accessible and usable during a booking. What's the layout of your space? - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I held a workshop here and the place looked amazing—super chic and clean, with fun pops of color that were the perfect aesthetic and brand vibe we were going for. The real MVP was our host. They were so helpful, answering our questions and taking care of everything we needed. Ashley made planning the whole thing a total breeze. Our guests loved it too—the lighting showed off our makeup masterpieces, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Not too wild, not too stuffy, just right for some good laughs and chill vibes. Pixelhouse is a hidden gem in the city that you NEED to check out. It's got everything you need for an unforgettable event! Big-time props and a huge 5-star shoutout to the Pixelhouse team for making our day extra special!
