About the Space

Get ready to transport yourself back to a 12 acre farm that dates back to the late 1700’s with multiple buildings all retaining their historical significance, yet with modern convenience. Our Dutch barn is the perfect casual and relaxed vibe for a gathering space that can accommodate a variety of needs for 2 to over 200+ whether it be a wedding, corporate or small business employee appreciation, ticketed dinner location, a collectives retreat location for photographers, writers, health gurus and yogis, a teaching center, movie and video location set and more. Our onsite accommodations for up to 32 ensures a core group will have private use of the grounds, restored barns, spa amenities such as multiple hot tubs, traditional outdoor wood fired Finnish Sauna, swimming holes/cold plunge in our creek and access to utilize onsite tables, chairs, antiques, decor and more. Our proximity to historic Hudson River towns like Hudson, Catskill, Athens and Coxsackie means you are minutes to the best the Hudson Valley has to offer in dining, shopping, and sightseeing. And access to the Hudson Amtrak station makes it an easy commute from NYC and international airports. There are 3 local hotels within 5 minutes and a plethora or chic motels and vacation rentals within minutes which makes it easy to accommodate a larger crew or guest count in addition to the core group staying onsite. Our complex of barns on the main property, as well as our 3000sq ft bluestone paved pavilion ensures weather will never be an issue. Accessibility compliant, town supplied water, commercial rated electric and septic system, as well as heat and AC options in the barn main hayloft open space give added comfort to the operational aspects of seeking out a perfect event gathering space. Trails, ancient trees and a meandering creek, stretches of fields and wild flora only add to the rich heritage and history of the landscape. The town of Coxsackie was named after the Native American meaning ‘Land of the Owls Hoot’. The Bronck Museum less than one mile away is the oldest, intact, Dutch stone houses circa 1652 and you get that sense of history all around you, timeless, enduring and classically New England Hudson Valley. We provide flexibility and privacy all wrapped around a bucolic backdrop in a self contained ‘compound’ location that beckons a bygone era, a little whimsy and a lot of fun. Contact us today to see why The History Channel, The Food Network, numerous artists, chefs, musicians, video, film and shorts have all utilized our space to create their vision. We can accommodate rentals of individual cabins, vintage Airstream or Argosy RVs, cottage or farmhouses independently or in totality with custom packages to suit your needs.

Health and Safety Measures

All of our housing accommodations, barns, pavilion are routinely cleaned and sanitized after each group. Our combination of indoor and outdoor space allowed us to maintain gatherings and comply with all regulations even during the pandemic. We can hope this issue never happens again, but good comfort in knowing we can get through it and conquer!
