Our garden center has 2400sq ft of indoor and outdoor space available. The space can be used for meetings, classes, baby showers, repasts, graduations, birthday parties, wedding receptions, and so much more. We are fully renovated and have central air and heat, and a handicap accessible entrance and bathroom. The indoor space can accomodate approximately 110 people. The indoor space has 17 windows and 3 skylights to provide plenty of natural light. The garden space outside is great for bounce houses, barbecues, smokers, and outdoor seating, and it can hold approximately 130 people. The garden center is fenced in and is beautifully landscaped with 53 perennials and roses. We're located in historic Rosedale Park in a quiet, clean neighborhood. Excellent freeway access to the Southfield Freeway. Fifteen minutes away from the 94 and 696 expressway. WiFi and dumpster facilities available. Limited supply of tables and chairs available
