ART ROOM — EVENT / REHEARSAL LISTING The Art Room is a private approximately 330 sq. ft. windowless studio ideal for private lessons, rehearsals, dance practice, coaching, auditions, small workshops and other focused activities. The room is most comfortable for approximately 6–9 participants for movement-based activities, depending on the activity and setup. The Art Room is private but is not a soundproof recording booth. Because other rooms may operate simultaneously, renters are asked to maintain music at a reasonable rehearsal volume considerate of neighboring spaces. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and restroom access are available. Tables, chairs, kitchen access and reserved parking may be arranged separately when available. OVERTIME POLICY All setup, event/activity time, and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time. Any time used before or after the confirmed reservation time will be considered overtime. Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the booked hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to space availability.
