330sqft of gorgeous dance studio space in the heart of Sherman Oaks where you can have rehearsals, small classes, filming, and more! The dance studio includes a 21’5x4’4 330sqft Private Room with a Wooden Sprung Dance Floor - Full mirror- Adjustable LED Signs & Programmable LED Wash Lights - Surround Sound Speaker - and iPhone & Android Adapters. Beautiful butterfly mural located outside the building for fun photos! 34 Parking spots (reserved spots can be requested) Chair & Tables available upon request & additional charge. Kitchen available upon request & approval.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great space! However the salsa class outside was jarringly loud which we did not expect. The lights were also turned off halfway through our shoot and we had to call front desk to turn it back on.

Elena was an amazing host and her studio is lovely. The space had really wonderful audio and the lighting was even more perfect for my sound bath. My guests and I enjoyed the experience.
