About the Space
An ideal space for meetings and events such as strategic planning, team building, bridal showers, family reunions, retreats, and small weddings. It features a large room with 1,900 square feet with a full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, double wall oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Walk into the large unique Four Seasons Sun Room nestled in the trees off the main building. The space also includes a rear deck off the sunroom and a covered front porch for outside seating and dining.

A gravel parking area able to hold about 30 cars.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed but we have a caterer that we work with that we can recommend. Alcohol is allowed to be served. If you want to have a cash bar, please contact us.
Clean up excessive messes, take out the trash, wash tables, and run the dishwasher, if applicable. Pick up any trash and debris outside, including cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras recording video are in outside areas and can be accessed virtually. There is a camera on each corner of the main building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We prioritize your safety and comfort by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our event space between each booking. Our cleaning team uses environmentally friendly products to ensure a safe and eco-conscious environment. High-touch surfaces are given extra attention, and we maintain rigorous hygiene standards for your peace of mind.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
