This facility, with its cheerful orange color, is unique in Texas – all rental proceeds go to fund the East Lake Pet Orphanage, a Dallas-based no-kill shelter. This is a great venue for still photography, filming, audio recording, meetings, or special events. Located in a quiet, industrial area of East Dallas, our Huge Cyclorama, Prop House, Recording Studio, and more has a lot to offer. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hi Rosa - I hope all is well. I'm co-founder of a rideshare advertising company based in NYC and we wrap rideshare cars in high quality vinyl. (www.mobilads.co) We're launching a marketing campaign in New Orleans for a company called GNC in a few weeks and we're looking to rent a garage or warehouse space, or a portion of space that can fit 1 car at a time (we will be scheduling them to come in throughout the day). We are going to be wrapping 22 cars total and will wrap each in periods of two hours of so. So we would need a place from about 9am to 6pm jan 20th to january 23rd We aren't taking any photos, we simply place vinyl on the outside of the car. We basically just need space for 1 car at a time, 4 walls, Heat and electricity. Our installation team is typically 2-3 people. We don't use any sort of chemicals or tools, we just use a squeegee to stick the vinyl to the cars. Let me know if you're able to accommodate and what pricing you're able to offer for something like that. Our total budget is $600 or so for each day. If all goes well we would be interested in renting more long term for future campaigns. Thank you, Craig
