Private parking lot on site and directly adjacent to the space. Has space for about 50 cars.

Access to an event space prior to or after the times noted on the agreement is not permitted. Requests to modify the agreement must be submitted and approved in advance with all sales finalized prior to date of event. If you require additional prep, set-up, and/or clean up time the agreement times must be modified and payment received in full for any balance due. Refunds or credits are not provided for any shortened duration (day/time) within the agreement. ​ EVENT COORDINATION Our event spaces are ready for your event as is – however special requests can be considered with regard to room set up and décor. Although some items must remain in place, our goal is to provide you the best space possible for your event. Please clarify all expectations and requests before signing the agreement. Please also note: Requests for space modifications (furniture placement, decorations, signage, etc.) must be approved and noted within the agreement. Once agreed upon, do not waiver as this could result in forfeit of deposit. Access to other community spaces other than the one noted in the agreement remain available for all campground guests and is an amenity we wish for them to enjoy. Please ensure your party has a point of contact for vendors, arriving guests or other event coordination needs prior to, during, and after the event. Joshua Tree RV Campground does not provide Event Coordination services. Please make contact with your Joshua Tree RV Campground representative at least one week prior to event and provide updates, relevant point of contact information, and to coordinate access to the space(s) for the times agreed upon. ​ VENDORS While we are not affiliated with local caterers, photographers, or event planners we are happy to share any information we have. Please inquire with your Joshua Tree RV Campground Representative. If you select vendors for your event please note: Vendors are not permitted access to event spaces prior to or after the agreed upon event times. Any materials brought in for the event must be removed by the event end time noted in the agreement. Food trucks are permitted and must be noted in the agreement. We do not allow food trucks to park in common spaces of the property, or other locations not suitable for parking or blocking roadways. We recommend a separate booking of an RV space near one of the event space locations or specifying the use of an area of the parking lot. Please note that other campground guests may approach the food truck. Please have proper signage if it is not open to the public. Any permitting or licensing for Food Trucks is the sole responsibility of the Group Sponsor. If you use an outside vendor, please let your Joshua Tree RV Campground Representative know who and at what time they will be arriving, departing, and any additional details that relate to their time at Joshua Tree RV Campground. Vendors must check in at the Front Desk to register and receive their parking pass. ​ LODGING You do not need to be a registered overnight guest at Joshua Tree RV Campground to rent an event space, however lodging options might be available for you and/or your guests. Please note: Reservations can be made directly online or by phone. All fees and policies apply. Accommodations are booked on a first come first serve basis. While we do not provide room blocks but we will gladly work with you and your guests to ensure the best accommodation and location. Site lock fees may apply. We do not provide discounted rates for our lodging; we do offer discounted rates on group RV reservations of 10 or more. A Group Agreement is required in order to receive the discount. ​ Parking is based on first come first served. We do not block parking spaces at the campground. Event attendees not staying at the campground are not permitted access to any event spaces prior to or after the agreed upon times. ​Event Center is an approximately 2400 sf space. This area can be setup for banquet dining, conference or social style. Use of the attached kitchen is available for an additional fee and is NOT included in this agreement. Insurance, security, and permits may be required and will be the responsible of the event organizer.
