Studio hours are 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday, with off-hours available at OT rates. What's Included: -Seats 8-10 with 2 additional wallflower seats and another 1-2 seats could be added -65" smart TV for casting presentations + HDMI backup cord -Credenza in the back for refreshments -Multiple outlets and cables for all your charging needs -Two bathrooms -Self-serve coffee/tea station -Hot Desk private office (breakout space for 2) -Client Lounge (breakout space for 2) -Open studio space with additional seating for breakout space -Fiber internet w/wifi coverage in entire space -Free parking available inside the gated lot -Studio manager will open and close the space for you and be onsite most of the day for questions NEARBY Grocery Outlet and Safeway Less than a mile from the Vallejo ferry terminal

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
