The 1,000 sq ft, ground floor, front studio is perfect for any type of celebration - birthdays, engagements, baby showers, bar and bar mitzvahs, dance parties, karaoke, rehearsals, and corporate meetings. The ceilings are 14 ft with natural wood beams, floor-to-ceiling glass windows with shades and hardwood floors as well as a kitchenette with two counter fridges and a sink. Next door is a gourmet, prepared food store. The 850 sq ft back studio is perfect for a more intimate setting, such as photo shoots, rehearsal, and work/meeting space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
