Our Modern Sunlit Loft in the heart of Long Island’s harbor-side Huntington Village is a multipurpose space located steps away from the iconic Paramount Theater in Huntington Village. This completely private, 2nd-floor space is the perfect place for any type of event including but not limited to, private parties, pop-up shops, pop-up restaurants, photo shoots, content shoots, networking events, corporate events, product launches, and activations. The 1,800 square feet offers 2 beautiful bathrooms, a full wet bar, and a commercial-grade prep kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, warming tower, ice machine, dishwasher, and stainless steel prep tables and sinks. The space which has a max capacity of 65 people offers tables, clear acrylic ghost chairs, a built-in Bluetooth speaker system, wifi, and 4 smart TVs which have multiple uses from slideshows, presentations, photo displays, branding, streaming, and cable.

The Huntington Loft is cleaned between each booking. There is a $100 cleaning fee applied to each booking
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
