About the Space
This space functions as a restaurant. Activities that work well are restaurant activity, bar, private events with its romanticism inside, and in the spacious backyard that is freshly painted and furnished. The layout of the space is the bar and bar seating upon entry, which opens into a restaurant space lined with plush booths, marble and wood tables, Parisian stools and chairs throughout, bistro-tiled through the restaurant. The backyard boasts a patio with custom Portuguese tiling, which lifts to the backyard that has multiple tabled cabanas, a vintage couch, and is very spacious. The space and location are extremely unique. We are located across from "Physical Graffiti" of Led Zeppelin, a half block from Legendary Tompkins Square Park, and in close proximity to Astor Place. Our backyard is unlike any in the East Village. The interior of the restaurant has a special charm, unique lighting fixtures, beautiful white marble accents throughout, exposed brick and beams on the ceiling.

General Rules
General Guidelines:
- Respect the Property: Treat the space as if it were your own. Maintain cleanliness and care for all fixtures, furnishings, and equipment.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the restaurant.
- Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit (50)
- Must be inside by 9 PM on weekdays, 10 PM on weekends
Booking and Payments:
- Reservation Time: Ensure you book enough time for setup and cleanup within your rental period. Overtime fees will apply for any extra time used.
- Payment: Full payment must be made according to the terms specified in the Peerspace agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellations: Follow the Peerspace cancellation policy. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Use of Space:
- Permitted Activities: Only use the space for activities approved in your rental agreement. Unauthorized activities, including illegal ones, are prohibited.
- Decorations: Any decorations must be pre-approved and should not cause damage to the space. No nails, screws, or adhesives on walls without permission.
- Kitchen Use: If using the kitchen, ensure all appliances are turned off and cleaned after use.
- Dispose of food waste properly.
- Outside Catering Allowed, but Potentially can be catered by us (Upon Request)(Additional Fee)
Cleanliness and Damage:
- Cleaning: Leave the space as you found it.
- Trash Disposal: All trash must be bagged and disposed of in designated areas. Recycling guidelines should be followed.
- Damages: Report any damages immediately. You will be held responsible for any damage caused during your rental period.
Safety & Accessibility:
- Emergency Exits: Do not block emergency exits at any time.
- Fire Safety: Follow all fire safety protocols. Do not use open flames without prior approval.
- Ensure that all activities comply with ADA regulations and that the space is accessible to all guests.
Security:
- Security Systems: Do not tamper with security systems or cameras. Ensure doors and windows are secured when leaving.
- Personal Belongings: The venue is not responsible for personal belongings. Ensure all personal items are removed at the end of your rental period.

Security cameras and recording devices
ADT Security Cameras throughout the Restaurant and the backyard. Security Cameras will be on to monitor activity to ensure compliance with our guidelines for use of the space. No recording devices in any bathrooms. There are no designated dressing areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a team that does a deep cleaning after each service in the restaurant, as well for space rentals.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
