What We Expect From Our Guests: 1. Before You Leave: - Turn off all equipment: Ensure all mics, sound mixer, and other electronic devices are powered down. - Clear the workspace: Remove all personal items and trash. - Wipe down surfaces: Use disinfectant wipes to clean microphones, tables, and equipment surfaces. - Reset the room: Arrange chairs, tables, and equipment as they were found. 2. Check the Room: - Inspect for cleanliness: Ensure the room looks tidy and ready for the next use. - Report issues: Notify the management if any equipment is damaged or if there are any maintenance concerns. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
