Offering a variety of booking options allows you to create a unique experience for your clients and your own creativity. All bookings include access to “The Hangout” waiting area, “The Porch” covered outdoor area, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The studio is filled with bright clean white walls, light honey oak wide-plank flooring, and floor to ceiling windows. Props, neutral decor and scene setups throughout, along with seasonal pieces. Booking Options: Front Studio Access Only: select this option for access to front portion of the studio, “The Landing”, floor to ceiling windows and seamless paper backdrops. $75/hr rental fee. Back Studio Access Only: select this option for a lifestyle session, rooms included: “The Master” Bedroom, “Living Room” and “Studio B” themed rooms. $75/hr rental fee. Loft Access Only: select this option for boudoir bookings in the upstairs loft, a private room secluded from the downstairs space. If you desire additional privacy, we encourage you to book Option 4, Full Access. $65/hr rental fee. Full Access: select this option to book the entire space, offering complete privacy to you and your clients. $100/hr rental fee.
