Our property boasts 23 rolling acres with stunning views, an 11,000 square feet building, a 5.5-acre pond, two spacious getting-ready suites, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces you can utilize to bring your vision to life. Nestled in the northern part of the Greater Research Triangle Park (RTP), in the charming town of Roxboro, The Carolina Estate has been lovingly transformed into a versatile, elegant, welcoming space fit for any event. The Media Rental includes two options: Option 1 - The upper level, featuring the Ballroom (2,400 square feet), the Terrace (1,300 square feet), the Balcony, the Lobby, a catering kitchen, restrooms, and access to the grounds. Option 2 - The lower level, featuring the Opal Room (1,200 square feet), Suite 1-Diamond, Suite 2-Ruby, the Cocktail Bar, the Beer Can Museum, restrooms, and access to the grounds.
