Ample natural light in every room. Highlights include the celestial windows that frames the San Jacinto mountains, atrium that wraps around a mature olive tree, MCM style vapor fireplace with Frame TV, and custom upholstered built-in banquette.

Parking description
Parking in the house driveway is only a suitable for a couple cars, but we also own the adjoining lot and have a paved driveway that goes back the length off the property (100'). So there is ample parking for 6+ vehicles adjacent to the home.
General Rules
No smoking in the home

All rentals include setup and teardown time.
Noise: The city of Palm Springs and all other desert resort cities have a 24hr/day noise ordinance that is strictly enforced. Guests must keep the volume of voices and entertainment to a reasonable level and bring conversations indoors after 9:00 PM and close windows and doors to keep any noise inside.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras that face away from the property on the exterior corners of the house.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaner comes between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
