About the Space
Are you looking for an intimate setting? This space has 4 rooms (NOT ONE BIG OPEN SPACE) anyone who wants to host a small birthday, graduation, bridal, or baby Shower party, teach a makeup class, hair class, crochet class, sewing class. Also it’s a great place to have board, team, or a strategy meeting. With a Great picture opt the entry room is decorated in the ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s” theme. Tables and chairs are available as well Guest are required to leave the space the way they received it. When booking, please include your set up and clean up time within your hours. For example if your party starts at 2pm and ends at 4pm. And you need to set up/decorate. You would book an hour early (more if you need it) and you are required to clean up and leave the space the way you received it. So your booking may be from 1pm-5pm. There is a 4 hour minimum.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
