The space comes with all 4 rooms One being the entry room(‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ room), a lounge room (has a couch, television, microwave, small fridge, powder room/restroom) 2 other rooms to set up (ex.one could be where you can set up your food and one could be for your guest) The Client are required to leave the space the way they received it. There is a 4 hour minimum. If your booking time is at 1pm. I will be there 15 minutes prior to open the space and do a walk through with the client. NO Early Entry. When booking, please include your set up and clean up time within your hours. For example, if you’ve told your guest your event starts at 2pm and ends at 4pm. And you need to set up/decorate.
