About the Space

Detached guest house in quiet neighborhood freshly remodeled with beautiful art, full kitchen and bath, ceiling mounted 4K projector, high quality sound system. Access to outdoor patio with furniture and fireplace is included with event rental. There are 2 friendly small dogs on the premises.

This is a guest house space in a residential neighborhood. We are musicians ourselves and want to encourage musical performance and/or DJ events. The space has double paned windows but we still need to be respectful of neighbors since there are other houses in fairly close proximity. Live performance would be best suited to acoustic guitars, flutes, hand held percussion etc. Light amplification is OK. Full drum set would not be appropriate.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
