Located in Redding, CT, you’ll find a beautifully remodeled 4,000 square foot open floorplan Cape Cod house situated on a wooded 2-acre lot with a stream running through the entire property. The house features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths with a sprawling master suite. The kitchen opens into dining and living rooms filled with natural light; each with their own fireplace. Just off the kitchen, a sunlit foyer leads to the home's second suite; giving guests privacy and comfort. It also features refinished hardwood floors throughout and completely repainted interior and exterior. Large slate patio and in-ground saltwater pool around back are perfect for summer entertaining. Additional spaces included a 2-car garage, mud room, outdoor greenhouse, firepit area, finished basement and large underground storage.

Professional sound proofing is not available but we live in an extremely quiet area. Street noise and neighbor noise is minimal. Appliances and AC are quiet.

Equipment can be loaded in through the garage or storm door connected to the basement.

Circuit breakers are in the basement utility room.

General Rules

2. Outside catering is allowed
3. No alcohol allowed
4. No unauthorized parties or events allowed.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms or outside designated eating areas.
7. Please respect the noise curfew and neighbors.
8. Please respect scheduled check-in and check-out times.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
10. Please take the trash out before you leave and clean all areas that were disturbed/used.
11. Please do your dishes.
12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
13. Avoid shoes inside the home.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
All furniture and decor can be moved as long as it is placed back exactly as it was originally set. Client assumes all damage responsibility and charges.

Security cameras and recording devices
Exterior surveillance cameras are located around the home a full security system. Interior cameras are present on the ground floor areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaner come in to thoroughly clean the house on a weekly basis or between bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
