Large classic car warehouse with built-in studio space. 25 + (revolving) vintage cars onsite. Adjacent office / lounge area with private bathroom. 3 total bathrooms available onsite. Property also has a large outdoor area with art, graffiti, and murals. Space can be used for video or photo shoots. Plenty of artificial light and natural skylights that change the look and feel of the space throughout the day. Classic cars can be rented or used for shoots for an additional fee. 10 (revolving) parking spaces available in secured parking lot behind the property. *Quick side note for this listings pictures: We have upgraded to all black paint on the interior walls of the shop and added some car lifts which makes everything pop, in a good way! We are an automotive shop so there are many cleaning supplies and hand washing areas for general use. There is very good ventilation running through the space and plenty of areas if distancing is required
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
