About the Space
This roomy rehearsal space in Capitol Hill is right in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle's most vibrant arts and cultural district. We are close to public transportation and the light rail and and abundancy of restaurants, shops, venues and nightlife. The studio can support groups as large as 10 and boasts high ceilings and stays temperate year-round since its underground. The studio is back-lined with a full PA and house drum kit as well as a variety of microphones, stands, amps and other equipment for rent. It's a secure campus and is complete with WIFI and cool finishing touches like color changing lights and greenery.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
