Brand new, cutting-edge, multi-use event space is designed to accommodate meetings for as few as five people and events for up to approximately 75 attendees. Our meeting center consists of one large space or subdivided into 2 spaces rooms. This rate is for half of the event space. Please see other listing for the entire event space. Located in the heart of Donelson, minutes from the airport and 5 miles to downtown. The main room features state-of-the-art AV systems, including projectors, handheld microphones, and AI tracking cameras, perfect for recording or live-streaming events online. Whether you're organizing a training session, wedding reception, seminar, or corporate dinner, our versatile facilities cater to a wide range of needs. Stage, podium, long tables, round tables, a removeable dance floor...we have most needs met. We offer a high-end atmosphere at a competitive price, with the flexibility to choose your beverage and catering options. Say goodbye to exorbitant hotel-mandated prices for food, beverage, and parking. Additionally, depending on availability, we have 20 high-end condos on-site for your guests convenience to rent.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
