Descend down the secret dungeon located in the basement of our duplex, unbeknownst to the outside world. Spanning an expansive 670 square feet, this seductive space offers a discreet entrance and the entire level to yourself, complete with a full bath, washer/dryer, and a lounge area. There is also a private patio for fresh air and smoking. Privacy is guaranteed. Designed with a dark, moody ambiance and a minimalist layout, this dungeon offers the ultimate blank canvas for your wildest fantasies. Cinematic sensuality meets purposeful design. Here, you’ll find a BDSM bed frame, suspension hooks, CBT chair, rim seat, glory hole, queen-size bed, sling, gyno chair, fck bench, fck machine, stand-up jail cell, straitjacket, whips, canes, gags, dog cage, Saint Andrew’s Cross, smother box, bondage board, and more. The studio is also equipped with modern amenities: big screen TV, WiFi, central air, Bluetooth speaker, a provided iPad that you can change the LED lights to any color, Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and more. PLEASE NOTE: The primary booker must be 25 or older, additional guests are welcome if they are 21+. We verify IDs at check-in. If the primary booker is not at least 25, the reservation will have to be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding! The booker must attend the session in person and remain on-site until it’s complete to ensure the studio is maintained in good condition. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others without the booker’s presence. The number of people in your booking must be exact. For example: if you book for 5, you cannot show up 6 people as the price reflects the number of guests. CHECK IN: The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation but will be available to return to the space if needed. The basement is very private. Due to demands, we are implementing a new minimum hour policy: 1) For one hour booking, you can only book Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 2) For those booking 2 hours or more, you can book any day. We are conveniently located near two train stations: L and J, restaurants, and coffee shops, with free street parking available on a first-come, first-served.
