The private event venue offers gated, fenced parking sections with a capacity of up to 30 vehicles. Access to the parking area is via a dirt driveway, leading to a grass lot where vehicles can be parked.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests, we ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your event: General Guidelines: Respect the property: Please treat our historic home and grounds with care. Refrain from any activities that could cause damage or harm. Noise levels: Be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially during evening hours. Cleanliness: Help us maintain our beauty by disposing of trash properly and leaving the space as you found it. Parking: Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or access points. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Alcohol: If your event includes alcohol, please ensure responsible consumption and arrange for safe transportation for all guests. Decorations: You are welcome to bring your decorations, but please refrain from using any materials that could damage the walls or floors. Liability: Our house is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your event. Departure: Please ensure all guests have vacated the property by the agreed-upon time. Specific Rules: Additional fees: The rental fee covers the use of the lower floor and exterior. Access to the second and third floors will incur an additional charge. Caterers and vendors: You are welcome to use your preferred caterers and vendors, but they must adhere to our guidelines and regulations. Music: If your event includes music, please ensure the volume is kept at a reasonable level and that it complies with local noise ordinances. Children: If children are attending your event, please ensure they are supervised at all times. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless they are service animals.
