perfect for either a podcast or photo/video shoot. it’s a 500 sq feet black room with couches that can be removed if needed we do NOT offer any sound or photo equipment bathroom on site please be respectful at all times, we are happy to accommodate you. all requests can be managed through the property manager.

we take great care of the place, there was usually two hours between the sessions that are dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing the surfaces. we have have sanitizers and sanitizing vipers available at the location, as well as gloves and masks
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
