Our venue features a flexible layout that accommodates up to 250 guests with ease. Enjoy Open Bar options, unlimited use of the photo cyc-wall, a 180-inch projector with screen, Up to eight wireless mics, and an array of games including giant Jenga and cornhole. Chairs and Tables with linens are provided, you are welcome to personalize the space with decorations. Outside food and caterers are also permitted at no additional cost. Convenient parking and public transportation options are available nearby, ensuring easy access for your attendees. Initial Cleaning: The venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each event. High-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, etc.) are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning agents. Floors are swept and mopped to ensure cleanliness. Set-Up Readiness: Event furniture and equipment (tables, chairs, AV equipment, etc.) are set up according to the event's requirements. Trash bins are emptied and lined with fresh liners. During the Event Continuous Monitoring: Cleaning staff periodically monitor and clean high-traffic areas and restrooms. Trash bins are emptied as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the event. Post-Event Clean-Up Immediate Post-Event Cleaning: Trash and recycling are collected and disposed of appropriately. Floors are swept and spot-cleaned as necessary. Restrooms are restocked with supplies and thoroughly cleaned. Final Touches: All furniture and equipment used during the event are sanitized and reset to their original positions. Surfaces are wiped down and disinfected. Additional Guidelines COVID-19 Safety Measures: We adhere to current CDC guidelines and local health department recommendations for cleaning and disinfection. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the venue. Special Requests: Please inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or preferences you may have for your event. Environmental Considerations: Green Spaces is committed to sustainability. We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
