About the Space
Clarity Fitness is a 6,667-square-foot fitness space that is top-tier for fitness-related shoots. Our turf, main gym floor, group exercise space, and private training rooms provide a ton of aesthetic variety allowing you to get a wide variety of looks and feels without leaving our space.

Parking description

We recommend parking on West Ponce which is free on Sundays, or coordinating with the parking company at the 1 West Court Square lot for parking validation passes in the enclosed lot behind our studio.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- No alcohol allowed after 8 pm
- Damage to property, equipment, or facility will be reviewed on camera and refunded by renter in full
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
For our member and team member's security we have 9 security cameras on site overlooking the front door, group exercise space, turf, open gym floor, front desk, and hallways. The only camera capable of audio recording is at the front desk overlooking the front door. If a Clarity staff member is on site during your shoot, that can be turned off. We get video recordings without audio on the remaining 8 cameras which cannot be turned off. We can sign agreements that we will not review the footage during the period of your shoot.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

SCOPE OF CONTRACTED CLEANING SERVICES: Empty Trash Containers (Change
Liners), Wipe down Trash Containers Surface, Wipe down Kitchen Counters, Wipe and Clean Sinks, Wipe handles and metals (Kitchen), Wipe Refrigerator and Microwave Doors, Low Dusting (Windowsills, Ledges), Wipe down and Disinfect desks and tables, Remove Fingerprints on all hard surfaces, Spot Clean front glass door, Clean and disinfect Reception front desk area, Wipe and disinfect all lockers doors, Stock Soap Dispensers, Clean Bathrooms sinks, Clean mirrors, Stock all paper Products, Wipe Plumbing metals, Sweep and Dust Mop All Hard Surface Flooring, Damp Mop Hard Floor Surfaces, Properly Vacuum and clean Rubber Flooring, Detail Vacuum under and around Fitness Equipment, Detail Clean Showers, Detail Clean Toilets and Urinals, Dust Blinds
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
