Perfect for newborn, maternity, boudoir, family, milestone, holiday, and personal brand sessions. Waterfront town park located in front of studio building, perfect for taking your sessions outdoors as well. Move mobile furniture around to suit your needs, however all furniture needs to be placed back in it’s original location. 1st Floor boasts a 8’ x 11’ brick wall, bed space, living room space, floor length mirror, vanity, and original fireplace. ADA accessible. Winding brick staircase behind fireplace takes you to the 2nd Floor of the space. 2nd Floor boasts a kitchenette feel with cabinets, full sink, full size refrigerator, dinette table, private changing space and private bathroom. 2nd floor space is not ADA accessible.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We keep bleach wipes, Lysol spray, windex, a broom, and a vacuum in the space. When we prepare for a rental, we make sure that all surfaces and kids toys are wiped with bleach wipes, and then use Lysol spray on all kids toys / props. The space is freshly vacuumed and broom swept. Bed linens are washed after each boudoir sessions, or once a week if there are only family sessions that week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
