Parties and events are not allowed in our home. We have a zero-tolerance policy. 3 private parking spots are provided in the left side of the driveway only. Must leave driveway open for access. Parking violations are subject to a tow and a $150 fine plus the cost to tow. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in & late checkouts are case-by-case due to enhanced cleaning measures. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, pets, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking outside in private patio is allowed, but must dispose of your butts. Indoor odor, damage, and pet violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited. Do not touch the modem or router -- if altered we will send someone to assess the network. Use of our internet service in any manner that constitutes an infringement of any copyrighted work will result in termination of internet access. Guests will be liable for any fines from downloading illegal content. AC Low limit is 71 degrees. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person and $50 per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. No delivery packages permitted to property for stays shorter than 31 days. Amazon packages can be shipped to an Amazon lockers at no additional charge. For USPS, use "General Delivery U. S. Postal Service" for everything shipped standard USPS. You can not send packages via UPS, FedEx or any non-USPS service general delivery as it will most likely be returned as undeliverable. Larger packages from FedEx or UPS can be delivered to local center for pickup. Please request permission for larger items through Amazon. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Guest also understands that Florida is located in a sub-tropical climate, and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Guests are required to properly store or dispose of food and beverages that will attract these pests. Pets are allowed but must request and receive permission based on the type of pet in your booking request. An additional $400 cleaning fee is charged to sanitize home and remove all dander for future allergic guests. Guests must sign a rental agreement for 30+ day stays.
