We prioritize the health and safety of our guests by adhering to rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols. Our cleaning team follows the latest guidelines from local health authorities to ensure all high-touch surfaces and shared amenities are thoroughly disinfected. Soft, porous materials are either properly cleaned or removed to minimize risk. Between each booking, a licensed professional cleaner deep cleans the entire space, and we allow time between bookings to enhance the cleaning process. Our space is equipped with HEPA-certified air filters, and we maintain good ventilation with access to outdoor air. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing a clean and secure environment for all our guests.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
