Welcome to Apt. 3; a swanky little hideaway tucked right in the heart of Brooklyn, NY in the highly sought-after Crown Heights area just a short drive or bike ride from the Brooklyn Museum. Here, you will be free to relax & lounge, you will be inspired to create & express, and you will have all the room you need to produce in a fresh and stimulating environment. Apt. 3 has been meticulously curated with attention to detail by interior designer Taz Conley to encourage creative thought with every touch, sight, and scent within the space. Stretch and recharge in our yoga room, work on a new project in the office space, or relax and chill in our loungy living room area. We've even added a bedroom with a very comfortable high-quality mattress for those work sessions that might run overnight. Apt. 3 is located near an assortment of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, and live music venues in the highly sought-after Brooklyn area. You will have no trouble traveling to and from any of the beautiful boroughs in New York City and both the JFK and Laguardia airports are just a 25-minute drive from the space. Apt. 3 is the perfect location for your next photoshoot, studio session, social gathering, or overnight stay.
