About the Space
Come and enjoy our beautiful Poolside Pavilion with a summer kitchen that includes BBQ grills and a sink. The area also includes a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite channel or streaming platform while you are enjoying the pool side Pavilion. This space is ideal for small outside gatherings, such as a small pool party, baby Shower, etc. Bathroom access included.

All Pool rules apply. This Poolside Pavilion is a smoke free area. The entire Community is smoke free.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
DVR Cameras are located in the Pool Pavilion. We do not have recording or video devices in bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The Pool Side Pavilion is cleaned and disinfected daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
