Downtown industrial Loft Studio with city views, kitchen, large open space
About the Space
5th floor loft with giant windows, concrete floors and a large open space. There is a kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower. This studio can be rented for private events, dinners, classes, trainings, photoshoots, and small gatherings. There are several different chairs that can be used as props, as well as 2 small glass top tables (see photos). There is an industrial rolling island that has been used for serving at parties. There is a large industrial blue cart that can be used for hauling items from the buildings entrance to inside the loft. (see last photo for the cart). Part of this studio is in use as an appointment only Antique Persian rug shop. The smallest bedroom is used for rug storage is and is not usable (nor pictured here). Persian rugs are available for rent or purchase.

Treat this like an Airbnb, please cleanup after your booking! Take all trash with you. I do a deep clean of the space periodically, but it should be tidy and picked up. There’s a vacuum and broom in the closet.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
