Private street with parking for up to 12 cars. Cross street has plenty of street parking available. Parking in driveway is negotiable for up to 6.

Outdoor natural night. Lots of shady areas under the palms.

We are in a pretty quite area on a private street. There is some sound from cars driving along the back roads. We are on an acre so neighbors are not typically an issue.

Ground Floor, Stairs

Long but steep driveway can be used for loading and unloading, but vehicles must be parked on the street or side streets.

We have a room near the available restroom that can be used as a staging area. If more space is needed, please contact me to discuss.

Currently I'm listing the yard for shoots, but am open to the use of the interior on a case-by-case basis and depending on your needs. Please contact me to discuss.

Rules for Oasis Events: Call the host prior to the event to discuss your needs or to schedule a preview of the space (encouraged). General Rules: No smoking on the premises. No glass in or around the pool area - we take this very seriously for safety reasons. Event insurance is required. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and factor setup and teardown time into their booking hours. No glitter or confetti can be used. No loud noise after 10 PM. No parties of more than 65 people. Overtime: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. The space must be vacated and all items removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Cleaning/Damages: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, but guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Furniture: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Miscellaneous: Outside catering is allowed. We are home for all events and available if needed, but will ensure you have the privacy you need to enjoy your celebration. We look forward to hosting your event Oasis!
