About the Space
We invite you to create a magical experience in our private 600-square foot back yard space in TriBeCa. Constructed in 1900, our newly-renovated apartment at 92 Warren offers a lovely old-meets-new vibe, with vaulted ceilings upon entry and high walls outside, traditional NYC architecture peeking out the top. Our greenery, magnolia and redwood trees are up-lit from evening onward, bringing a touch of delightful romanticism to your event. This space is perfect for your next meeting, small gathering, or photo or film shoot. The space also features a love seat, two chairs, a teak coffee table, one large antique mirror, and access to outdoor power plugs. A restroom is available inside. We can provide two additional bistro chairs, a silver beverage/ice tub, a small folding table and filtered water upon request. We can set up seating for up to 12 for a small outdoor wedding!

Our indoor and outdoor space is cleaned regularly by a professional cleaning service and we clean daily. We have an outdoor space for use that can be cleaned/hosed down between each rental so its fully clean.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
