You can rent these spaces separately or together for an additional fee. The event space features a 1500 square foot area along with four smaller rooms, each measuring 120 square feet. These rooms can be utilized for dessert serving, a bar, or as a private area for the bride and groom, allowing for flexible arrangements leading to the main event space, which includes two bathrooms for your guests' convenience. The event space is equipped with a portable bar, tables, and chairs, accommodating up to 50 guests. Regarding the deposit, the owner requires a deposit of $350.00 for a 4-hour package priced at $700. Non-compliance with the contract terms will result in the loss of the entire security deposit. Deposits will be 50% of the chosen hourly package; for instance, a 6-hour package at $1000 requires a $500 deposit, while a 12-hour package at $1500 requires a $750 deposit. Please be aware that if you wish to rent the vacation property in addition to the event space, it requires a separate contract through the owner, distinct from the event space on Peerspace. The vacation rental accommodates up to ten guests and offers amenities such as a game room, Wi-Fi, and a courtyard perfect for family and friend gatherings, complete with a BBQ grill. It also includes a full kitchen, dining room, sitting area with a bar, living room, five bedrooms, and two ADA-compliant bathrooms, all set on two acres of land. The renter must make sure that the venue is cleaned thoroughly and restored to its original state by the end of the rental period. All trash should be disposed of properly, and personal belongings need to be taken away. Any damages should be reported immediately. If the venue is not returned in its original condition, the deposit will be forfeited to cover cleaning costs. Please note that any self-cleaning arrangements must be discussed with the owner, as we charge a one-time cleaning fee of $350.00.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
