    Located in Pine Brook, NJ, our lounge is the perfect spot for meetings or small gatherings! With a comfortable area for relaxing or watching TV, plus a table for meals or group discussions, it’s a versatile space designed to fit your needs. Whether you’re hosting a casual get-together or a focused meeting, the space can accommodate up to 20 guests. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 14 - Dining table with 6 chairs - Kitchenette equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave, food warming drawer, and sink - Smart TV with HDMI capabilities (HDMI cord not included) - Wi-Fi *Rental is for the interior lounge shown in the photos only - access to outdoor seating areas or other surrounding amenities is not permitted Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time.     Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
