About the Space
Fairlane Station includes full day access to 4700 square feet of indoor/outdoor space including a fully furnished tavern, upstairs loft for a bridal suite or overnight, sound system (4 inputs for a laptop/phone, microphone, guitar, keyboard, and wireless lapel for the officiant), the chapel is our largest indoor space for ceremonies, parties, dining, dancing, etc..., a charming downstairs dressing quarters, and a magical outdoor garden and covered back patio space. A prep-space is also available for caterers and do-it-yourselfers, however, please note that it is not a full kitchen and does not include a stove or oven; only small refrigeration, sink, and countertop space. We do have a full refrigerator, oven and stove in our upstairs bridal suite. Your rental also includes 150 white resin folding chairs, 124’ of folding tables (seating for 108), and black or white linens. We do not have exclusive vendors but we're happy to give recommendations.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
