Premium Private Flex Space
About the Space
Come rent out our flex space in our private facility. This space is approximately 300 ft and can be used for anything ranging from Dance rehearsals and Fitness recordings to a private movie theatre and party room. This space is equipped with a projector and screen with an HDMI hookup for you to use and broadcast movies or presentations. The space also has a wall with mirrors for dance practice or fitness classes. Lastly, we have a green screen to create the optimal environment to shoot videos. We have tables, chairs, and reclining chairs that can be used upon booking this space. This studio is located above a private fitness studio and does include access to amenities such as lockers, private bathrooms, and a kitchenette.

We ensure the space is properly cleaned and disinfected before every booking. We have a cleaning crew that manages the facility.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
