This space features three distinct setups, including a professional green screen, making it perfect for recording content, filming, or conducting photo shoots. Whether you're creating videos, capturing photos, or producing multimedia content, our room offers the ideal environment. Please note, that equipment is not provided, allowing you the flexibility to bring and use your own gear.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We had to escape the Los Angeles fires and sought refuge in San Diego, and it was during this time that we received a casting notice. We were thrilled to find Corryn K's space and were able to reserve it within minutes—what a lifesaver! The room was perfect for our auditions—equipped with a clean, blank wall, a desk, and several lights, it had everything we needed to make the session seamless. Corryn's communication was outstanding, providing clear and immediate directions to ensure we had no trouble finding the space. We’re incredibly grateful for this experience and will absolutely book this space again if we’re in San Diego. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience! Easy setup, quick communication, the space is huge and there were two backgrounds to choose from- both perfect for what we were needing. We brought our own lights but ended up using theirs as they were already set up. The plants and various tables and chairs, couch, and stools were great to use as we picked out the look we were going for. We had no issues and Corryn was quick to answer questions. So reasonably priced as well! We will book again if ever in this area- thank you!

I absolutely love this space! The set up and the natural lighting was perfect. Corryn was super responsive and provided great detailed information on how to access the space. She was very kind and accommodating! I'll definitely be booking again. 11/10 highly recommend!
