We take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for our guests, and our cleaning process is meticulously carried out by professional companies. The process begins with a detailed inspection to identify specific needs, followed by thorough dusting, wiping of all surfaces, and vacuuming. Floors are mopped with a disinfectant, and special attention is given to sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen areas. All trash is removed, and high-contact points like door handles and light switches are disinfected. Periodic deep cleaning of upholstery and carpets is also performed. The space is finalized with a last inspection and the application of air fresheners to ensure it smells as clean as it looks. We gather feedback post-cleanup to continually improve our processes, ensuring your safety and comfort.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
