The rental includes the podcast studio space & equipment only. Please add-on a Technician if you need assistance operating the equipment. **2 Hour minimum is required **The podcast studio is located inside our 7,000 square foot collaborative studio & workspace so there could be other people in the common spaces.

The studio is sanitized after each rental. Proper cleaning procedures are in compliance with the state regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
