About the Space

Welcome to our multipurpose open-plan studio space perfect for events, yoga, dance/movement, photography, kink, and more. Equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom, photography equipment rentals, BDSM furniture, and many amenities. The space can be transformed and molded to your liking. Located steps away from the Metro North and 4,5,6 subway lines the space sits in the back of its building and is completely quiet and separated from the bustle of outdoors. Reach out by email for interest in a viewing. We offer not only hourly rentals but discounts for bookings as well as a monthly subscription for freelancers and/or those in need of frequent space - small storage available.

Event related rules and restrictions
Pets are allowed
- Alcohol consumption is allowed but only for those 21 years of age and up. - Usage of the emergency exit is only prohibited in the case of a fire. - The street and front door to the studio must remain closed at all times and is not to be left propped open. - All locked and unlocked closets, lockers and cabinets are to remain closed and untampered with. - Persons are not allowed to go behind the clipped black curtains located on both sides of the space near the windows. (This includes usage of the Bluetooth speakers, which will be set-up upon arrival, if they become disconnected, the renter is to call the space manager who will quickly come and reconnect your device) - AC and Heating can be used but only upon request and with advance notice.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
